DIUQS provides a 7-day return period from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Customers may be eligible for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is provided free of charge for eligible returns.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are generally processed within 2 days after the returned product has been received and approved.
